3)     How and why Sub Rosa Legal processes personal data

Sub Rosa Legal processes your personal data in order to provide and optimise the services to which you have subscribed.

Sub Rosa Legal stores your data for various purposes. Its objectives are as follows:

  •        Service provision

o   within the framework of the contractual relationship

o   within the framework of registration for our workshops or other events organised or co-organised by Sub Rosa Legal.

In this context, Sub Rosa Legal processes your personal data on the basis of contractual necessity for the duration of the contract and retains this information for a period of 5 years after the contract ends.

  •        Administration and legal obligations

In order to comply with legal, administrative and fiscal obligations, Sub Rosa Legal stores personal data.

In this context, Sub Rosa Legal processes your personal data on the basis of a legal obligation, over a period of 7 years.

  •        Recruitment

As part of the recruitment process, Sub Rosa Legal stores CVs.

For this purpose, Sub Rosa Legal processes personal data on the basis of the consent of the person concerned. Sub Rosa Legal retains this information for a period of 2 years.

If the person is recruited, his or her data are transferred to Human Resources and are stored on the basis of contractual necessity. Sub Rosa Legal then retains the data throughout the duration of the employment contract. At the end of the employment contract, the data are retained for a period of 1 year, except for accounting and fiscal data that are subject to administrative obligations.

  •        Marketing

To provide information on new legal issues, events and other related topics, Sub Rosa Legal distributes news bulletins.

Thus, Sub Rosa Legal processes personal data on the basis of the consent of the person concerned. Sub Rosa Legal retains this information for a period of 3 years.
